A
A fun take on a horror game

I find the controls (esp the reloading) fun actually so very epic game. Also, the in-game font is a font I loved using a while and forgot its name so can you tell me lmao?

(+1)

Thank you! The font is Coolvetica if I remember correctly.

this game kinda reminds me of endoparasitic, but where does the "parasite" come into play?

Dude...

Not trying to be rude, but if you're going to copy several things directly from another developer (more specifically, from Night at the Gates of Hell such as the zombie faces, the zombie moans/noises, the style of the combat/weapon usage, the elevator jumpscare), you should be giving credit to Jordan King where it is due.  At the very least, state, "Elements Inspired from Night at the Gates of Hell by Jordan King", or something like that.  The way you copied those things is a bit too blatant to not give some kind of credit or acknowledgement.

(1 edit)

Yeah, the game is definitely inspired by Night at the Gates of Hell, I'll add credit at the top of the page. I completely agree that it's quite blatant (though in my defense the sounds and graphics are not similar by intention, just some free stuff I found online).

had a good time with this one!, the controls honestly I loved, added too the tension. in addition the sound effects for the gun reload were soo satisfying.

controls are abit tedious, but if you get over that its a pretty good game. Also pick up every single bullet you can, trust me youll need it.

thats the point

scariness: 2/10

This was an interesting take on movement and I'm surprised how well it translated

i cant play the game :(

Gameplay vraiment original et interessant

J'aime beaucoup !

very interesting, the movement did get kind of annoying after awhile but overall solid experiment

Enjoyed the game, but I feel like the notes, especially the one about the revolver, were overly detailed for simple matters that didn't require common sense. Nevertheless, keep up the hard work...

The mechanics in this game is something I’ve not seen before, simple, unique and I loved it! Great work with this experimental game :). Hope to see more from this developer - Gameplay and Thoughts on the video below.

idk if i suck but the flies are so hard to hit

very very fun! i really liked having to try to outmanuveur the zombies at some points, especially in the elevator section. really fun system implemented very well :)

I love the system!

Its new!

Absolutely a pleasantly well made game good job

love this game (my finger =(  )

Amazing experience, i enjoyed this game a lot!

Maybe the guite of how to ouse the gun could be mor shorter.

I played half-way but my highest suggestion would be to not talk so condescendingly to players by over-explaining literally everything or having the character monologue such dialogue that is both empty, as well as insulting with the level of hand-holding that happens in the game.

The Knife, gun, ammo, explaining how the holster/unholster mechanic works, explaining how to use an elevator? I expect this level of condescension from AAA devs, not from indie devs. The items are shiny, stand out, but you still 'tell the player they should pick it up' at every chance as if you expect players to be idiots. Don't do that. lmao

Like I swear, the 'Guide of how to use the gun' was 3-4 paragraphs long yet all it was, was 'Right click to holster/unholster', 'Left click to shoot', but you found a way to take that basic mechanic and Over-explain unnecessarily.

Loved the game!!

This was a pretty good little experiment, it felt kinda like a dungeon crawler mixed with survival horror which i think elevated it a bit for me.

I do kinda wish there wasn't a jumpscare near the end but whatever, that's personal preference and i won't let it ruin the experience for me.

Hope you do more cool stuff like this in the future anyway!

Hello! Both me and my viewers loved the game! Great job on making a unique gameplay that feels like playing an old-school survival game even though it's first person (the cool mechanics really made it feel similar to PS1 FPS Resident Evil games). And it complements the visual style and the vibe so well! It starts on 3:15:00

Was a good game with an epically unique mechanic, wish the zombie jumpscares were a bit better but overall pretty great

epic work my guy

This was so fun, I loved it! Would love to see a bigger release following this concept it's a relatively simple concept if you really think about it, but it is also incredibly effective at stressing you out haha. Also, seeing that one monster peeking his head at the end of the hall actually made my heart stop XD.

Really cool! Would be interesting to see this concept on a bigger scale

Kinda expected to get a plot twist at the end lmao

Jogo que inova um pouco na jogabilidade, mistura de point and click com fps de ação. Vale a pena a experiência.

Hey friends! Hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed The Game! 💚💚💚

Interesting game perspective and motion, something like a point'n'click under action elements. Actually a quite though. But it was nice. Congratulations and keep developing cool stuff, buddy.

the game moving mechanic is super cool with camera moving like that bring more challange. with a limit bullet you can carry is extra 6 make you have to carefull not to miss a shot. 4 out of 5. -1 because i don't know

really good game loved the story also!

This was really good! Loved the control scheme and the overall story. Made a video on it.

great game bro!!!

I might be a little biased because zombie games are my thing, but this was insanely good ! Very unique way to play and fun all the way through. Amazing job !

I made a video on your game if you're interested :)

Had a lot of fun with this one. Great job! I've always enjoyed games that implemented manual reloading mechanics, but the manual walking was definitely new to me haha!

I encountered 1 minor bug, however.

If you happen to pause the game with your revolver drawn, and then click "Resume" to unpause, the game will fire your weapon, essentially wasting a round.

I loved this game, something different, unique, and well made, loved it!

The animation for the bullets is great, the gameplay, the anxiety for being low on bullets, and the zombies taking 3 hits, it's amazing!

Weirdly, feels like a VR game, in the sense that it's just a normal survival horror game, but changing the way you play it, adds a lot to the experience and the game.

A beautiful concept! it gets a bit tiring, but doing everything by mouse gives it a tense gameplay. Great job!

i really liked!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an amazing game my friend! You really made something so unique here, its like a point and click that's more action based, it makes the movement and fighting so much fun! The only thing that was missing was a final boss fight and a shotgun. Please add more, work on this concept you really could build on this! Here is my gameplay video.
